Venting and cooling: Set up reasonable venting slots and cooling circuits in each cavity area to avoid gas marks, short shots, and warping, ensuring dimensional stability and good surface quality of the two-shot injection molding parts.
Mold tolerance and slip tolerance: The mating accuracy of the male/female mold, the positioning accuracy of the turntable, and the reset mechanism of the slider must be strictly controlled to prevent misalignment or glue leakage during the second injection.
